What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our HR Technology team, you will support the configuration, optimization, and technical maintenance of the Dayforce HCM platform. Your role will ensure that HR systems operate effectively, integrate seamlessly, and support business needs across multiple departments. Key responsibilities include:
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Dayforce HCM modules to support evolving business requirements.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to enhance system functionality and ensure smooth integration with other platforms.
Manage and support XML-based data feeds, imports/exports, and third-party vendor interfaces.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accuracy across all HR systems through regular audits and proactive management.
Provide technical support for system enhancements, organizational changes (such as mergers and acquisitions), and reporting needs.
Develop and deliver end-user training and support for HR team members, managers, and employees.
What You Bring:
You are an analytical and solutions-oriented professional with a deep understanding of Dayforce HCM and HR technology. Your ability to work collaboratively in a complex environment and deliver high-quality support will make you a trusted partner to the business.
Proven experience configuring and supporting Dayforce HCM, with technical expertise in HRIS systems.
Strong understanding of XML forms, data feeds, and system integration processes.
Ability to navigate and collaborate within a large, matrixed organization.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage confidential data with discretion and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM configuration and technical support.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining XML forms and data feeds.
Experience supporting system integrations and managing vendor interfaces.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Highly organized, results-driven, and self-motivated.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth understanding of workforce management processes.
Prior experience supporting Canadian HR processes within Dayforce.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $135,000 + 5% Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
