Summary of Job Duties:

The Pediatric Cardiology Advanced Imaging Fellowship (PGY-7), part of the Pediatric Cardiology program, is a 12-month training opportunity focused on advanced imaging techniques in pediatric cardiology. The fellowship term runs from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

Qualifications:

• MD, PhD, MD/PhD or equivalent required.

• Successful completion in pediatric residency program.

• Focused training in Cardiology.

• Arkansas medical licensure.

• Board eligible or board certification in pediatrics. 

Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical sessions (outpatient and inpatient) according to patient and service needs.
• Allocate protected administrative time, subject to potential adjustments based on section needs, closely tracked with the Section Chief and Department Chair.
• Utilize dedicated academic time for scholarly activities, ensuring consistent academic productivity.
