Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree with a major in sociology, public administration, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
At least two years of experience in program administration or related area
Applicable equivalencies may be considered for the above qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in college student personnel, higher education administration, counseling, or a directly related field of study from an accredited institution of higher education
Graduate and/or full-time experience with community living and leadership development
At least three years of experience in program administration or related area
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge of how to plan and organize events for students
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Additional Information:
Some of these positions may be renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
