Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field (i.e. Higher Education, Student Affairs, or Business) from an accredited institution of higher education
At least two years experience working in or with Greek organizations beyond their undergraduate career
Experience in regard to formal recruitment for Panhellenic and IFC organizations, new membership intake for NPHC and UGC, and other fraternity and sorority life programming efforts including, but not limited to, Greek Life social policy, risk management, leadership, and career development
Applicable equivalencies may be considered for the above qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field (i.e. Higher Education, Student Affairs, or Business) from an accredited institution of higher education
At least two years full-time professional experience working as a fraternity or sorority international headquarters/office staff member OR as a university Greek Life staff member
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
Current knowledge of trends, practices and planning/programming related to fraternity and sorority life in the areas of chapter & leadership development, new member programming, community service, health & wellness, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving and project management skills
Ability to work well with students and colleagues
Ability to work a flexible schedule to fulfill position responsibilities
Additional Information:
This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
