Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Trove Brands is actively seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our International Marketing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for executing our digital marketing strategy, managing and optimizing email and paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue while maintaining strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing strategies in partnership with International Marketing Manager.
  • Drive DTC initiatives across SEO, email, paid ads, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless brand messaging and a cohesive online customer experience.
  • Submit creative requests to the design team with clear success requirements.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement optimizations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Maintain minimum target ROAS/CPAC across all platforms.
  • Maintain regular stakeholder communication, delivering regular insights and reports.
  • Stay current with paid advertising trends and developments.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce/D2C brands.
  • Track record of successfully managing digital ad campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Sharp eye for data analysis and passion for optimization backed by insights.
  • Hands-on expertise with key platforms like Google Ads and Meta Advertising.
  • Deep understanding of how to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing digital marketing environment.
