Responsibilities
- Lead design of complex user experiences across workflows, systems, and touchpoints
- Set strategic direction via frameworks, vision work, and design principles
- Partner with product and engineering to define roadmaps, scope solutions, and ensure quality delivery
- Translate user insights into actionable and compelling experiences
- Mentor designers and shape design reviews to grow design maturity
- Contribute to evolving and scaling the design system across teams
- Present and advocate design decisions at leadership level aligning user needs with business goals
Education
- Relevant design education or equivalent experience
