Responsibilities
- Design and validate integrated cross-tool experiences for API development.
- Own user experience from ideation to execution partnering with product and engineering teams.
- Define UX goals aligned with business outcomes like usage and revenue.
- Research and consolidate qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
- Produce design deliverables aligned with brand standards.
- Advocate and collaborate on integration best practices within design teams.
- Conduct social listening to understand user behavior and gather feedback.
- Foster developer community engagement and implement feedback mechanisms.
- Communicate user insights and be the voice of the user internally.
