Enterprise Account Manager

Tomorrow.io is revolutionizing weather intelligence for industries like technology and construction. We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to be the primary contact for our strategic clients, focusing on cross-selling and upselling.

Skills

  • 5+ years of successful SaaS sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to qualify opportunities quickly
  • Expertise in delivering a compelling message

Responsibilities

  • Manage a named book of Tier 1 & 2 clients as primary business point of contact
  • Utilize referrals and existing business relationships to identify new business opportunities within existing clients
  • Build and demonstrate value on how customers achieve ROI with our weather intelligence
  • Travel onsite to clients when needed
  • Attend twice weekly meetings with the Customer team
  • Collaborate with all branches of Tomorrow.io to ensure high-quality service

Education

  • BS/BA degree
  • Sales and lead development training recommended
