Skills
- Product management experience in SaaS (enterprise or SMB).
- Ability to lead product transformation with measurable impact.
- Strong collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Passion for enhancing customer experience through software.
- Data-informed decision making in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Proficiency with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Understanding of product discovery, development cycles, and architectural trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize customer problems through discovery including client feedback and data analysis.
- Partner with design and engineering to evolve existing products and introduce new MVP functionalities.
- Modernize user experiences and improve workflows to align with customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feature delivery and address development gaps.
- Monitor and improve product adoption and usage with key business metrics.
- Align product improvements with marketing and sales go-to-market strategies.
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
