Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers promptly and professionally.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, documenting interactions in CRM.
- Escalate issues to internal teams for investigation and resolution.
- Collect and relay customer feedback and file feature/bug tickets.
- Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Advocate customer insights to internal teams for experience improvements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Identify and flag anomalies or emerging issues proactively.
- Support operational tools maintenance and help develop customer service policies.
Education
- P&C Insurance License
- Relevant industry knowledge in insurance customer support
