- Improve service delivery and customer service through policy recommendations
- Partner with managers for performance review cycles and engagement surveys
- Coach managers on performance and growth discussions
- Support employee lifecycle management processes
- Advise on non-employees processes and support new people initiatives
Education
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
