People Partner, Member Operations

Tide is seeking a passionate People Partner to foster positive work environments and enhance employee experience at a rapidly growing business management platform for small businesses.

Skills

  • 4+ years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian legislation
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Improve service delivery and customer service through policy recommendations
  • Partner with managers for performance review cycles and engagement surveys
  • Coach managers on performance and growth discussions
  • Support employee lifecycle management processes
  • Advise on non-employees processes and support new people initiatives

Education

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
