Responsibilities
- Build and manage seating inventory on ticketing platform from event build through settlement
- Develop and manage internal and external ticket reporting
- Assign seats to NFL executives, guests, owners, and special groups within venues
- Create and send invitations to NFL Team Owners
- Coordinate logistics with NFL owners and their assistants
- Collaborate with NFL Creative Marketing for ticket printing and shipping
- Manage ticket sorting and oversee credentialing process
- Provide customer service related to ticketing, including venue directions and seating visuals
- Work with show production on creative elements related to seating
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
