Los Angeles ORT College is a dynamic and innovative organization focused on revolutionizing STEM education with a rigorous K-12 curriculum. They are looking for a strategic Chief Growth Officer to lead their growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and executing product go-to-market plans, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns. This role requires experience in K-12 STEM and a proven track record in driving growth for early-stage companies and nonprofit organizations.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies to accelerate growth and achieve organizational goals
  • Lead the creation and execution of product go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Drive sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence
  • Sole responsibility for all sales activities; this is a hands-on sales role
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior growth role, preferably as a Chief Growth Officer, Head of Sales, or similar position
  • Strong expertise in product go-to-market planning and execution
  • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing within K-12 curriculum (STEM a plus)
  • Experience working with early-stage companies and nonprofit organizations
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about hunting new business within K-12 districts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
