Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and refine company-wide budgets and forecasts collaboratively with department heads.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives.
- Produce monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with variance analysis and insights.
- Partner strategically with business units to support budgeting, resourcing, and investment decisions.
- Select and implement FP&A systems and enhance finance automation and data accessibility.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
