- Expertise in native mobile development including Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, and Java
- Strong understanding of mobile application security, performance, and deployment
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and offline reliability
- Ability to integrate mobile applications with backend systems
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performance mobile engineering team focused on reliability, safety, and quality
- Drive roadmap and execution of mobile apps supporting site operations, compliance, and asset tracking
- Define and enforce mobile architecture and technical standards for native iOS and Android apps
- Collaborate with field teams, regulatory leads, and operations to align mobile tools with safety and operational needs
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data, infrastructure, and compliance teams to align strategy
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required
- Master’s degree is a plus
