Sr. Software Engineer (AI Text & Document Intelligence)
Skills
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with AI systems and integrating AI/ML models into production
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of A/B testing and accuracy measurement for AI pipelines
- Knowledge of OCR/NLP platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with TypeScript is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Integrate and optimize AI models for extracting structured data
- Lead development of services supporting key business functions
- Design and implement scalable, secure APIs and event-driven systems
- Collaborate on AI experimentation including A/B testing and prompt engineering
- Build production observability and performance monitoring for AI outputs
- Partner with stakeholders to define rollout, success metrics, and cost-performance tradeoffs
- Mentor engineers and contribute to system architecture decisions
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
