Hanover Park is an AI-native fund administrator for VC, Private Equity and Private Credit funds disrupting a $100 billion legacy services industry. This includes a platform to deliver accounting and reporting, real-time fund metrics, capital calls, multi-entity bill pay, an LP portal, and AI powered portfolio management. Today, we have over $2 billion in assets under administration and raised $3.5 million from top investors like Susa Ventures (1st investor into Robinhood / Flexport).
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an insanely rare ops role. Why? You won't be doing meaningless work like managing our internal payroll. We have a mantra here: "Services is sales".
Hanover Park is an AI-powered services company where our Ops team is critical to deliver an A+ customer experience. That's not true with SaaS -- so your impact is 10x greater here.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own customer migration and implementation end to end including systematizing how we clean and ingest decades of financial data from complicated financial systems
- Own all non-core accounting operational tasks such as interfacing directly with large investors to update contacts or confirm wire instructions
- Work with our engineering team on building AI agents to automate manual operations tasks
- Implement systems and processes for client deliverables to ensure A+ execution and lightning fast response time
