- Strong ability to manage relationships with pipeline candidates.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably Green House ATS.
- Understanding of healthcare recruitment needs, especially in mental health and therapy roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines and relationships with candidates.
- Source passive candidates using various specialized channels.
- Collaborate with Gather Behavioral Health leaders and HR Business Partners to meet hiring needs.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the interview process.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Psychology).
