Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work within a collaborative team to provide engineering, testing and implementation support across multiple wired and wireless networking topologies and technologies both in support of current and new Core Engineering projects and customers.
• Customer care and satisfaction is a must in this position.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of experience in a NOC environment or equivalent experience
• Must have a CCNA certification or 3 years of relative work
• Must have experience with the implementation and troubleshooting of enterprise level Cisco and Juniper wired and/or wireless networks as well as familiarity with other vendors including Juniper, Mist and Aruba Networks.
• Applicant must have basic route/switch knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Must successfully pass drug screening
• Must be able to pass a Veterans Affairs background check
