- Prior experience with Wide Orbit Traffic/Wide Orbit Media Sales and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives with post-sale campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
- Interact daily with advertising agencies and direct clients to manage schedules and special projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Research, Sales, and Creative Services to meet client needs.
- Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay informed on products and processes.
- Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities based on campaign results.
- Maintain contracts, generate avails, manage traffic and make-goods, and support collections.
- Track clients' audience delivery metrics and campaign fulfillment.
- Coordinate account setups, contracts, and order entries.
Education
- Relevant professional experience in media sales and account management.
