Role Summary/Purpose:
The Vice President, Dental Independent Sales will play a critical role in accelerating growth within the independent provider segment for the Dental industry. Reporting directly to the SVP, GM Independent Market & Expansion, this leader will serve as a strategic partner, responsible for developing and executing a cohesive sales strategy that increases usage, drives sales volume and deepens market penetration across dental accounts. This individual will lead cross functional coordination with the field and inside sales teams to ensure a harmonized coverage model that delivers value across all segments. The VP will champion strategic initiatives that fuel growth through product innovation, new market entry, partner integrations, and broader business collaboration. Success in this role requires a high level of strategic thinking, strong execution capabilities and ability to build trusted relationships across teams to advance the company’s position as a leader in the Dental industry.

Essential Responsibilities:
Partner with SVP and Dental team leadership to shape and lead the direction of the independent dental practices.
Coordinate with field and inside sales leadership to ensure a unified coverage model and consistent messaging.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives that support growth through new products, integrations, services and market expansion.
Collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver seamless provider focused solutions that increase usage across all segments and drive forward Dental independent strategic initiatives.
Represent the voice of the customer (independent providers) in strategic planning and commercial discussions.
Assess and evaluate key portfolio performance metrics to determine optimal growth strategies to drive usage within the independent space.
Communicate and educate the organization on key opportunities within the independent space and how they will impact our P&L.
Develop and implement strategies, tactics and best practices to increase activation and utilization across all product solutions.
Provide value added analysis & reporting to evaluate and drive growth and usage within independent space.
Own the independent monthly operational and portfolio updates to the Dental cross-functional stakeholders and business management.
Ensure ongoing readiness of the sales team to drive adoption and deliver results across initiatives.
Provide oversight into special projects, pilots and product updates that impact the Dental industry
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 10 years+ of equivalent work experience in sales leadership, financial services field; healthcare or dental industry experience preferred.
Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering formal communications to either senior business leaders or key external business partners.
Experience managing large-scale, cross functional initiatives and working in highly matrixed organizations.
Strong understanding of sales enablement and independent provider dynamics.
Demonstrate ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight and some weekend travel.

Grade/Level: 14
The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
