About the role
As the Director, Paid Marketing you will lead and execute marketing strategies focused on driving customer acquisition and growth at Spanx. In this role, you will develop data-driven marketing campaigns, work with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Product, Digital, and Creative teams to optimize and streamline our marketing efforts. You will analyze market trends and implement effective strategies to increase revenue by reaching high-value prospects. You will also manage performance metrics and ensure all initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
This role is based in our NYC headquarters, requires weekly in-office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports to our Vice President, Growth & Performance Marketing.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
