Responsibilities
- Manage and develop integration line, build flow, and test operations for propulsion systems
- Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance manufacturability and hardware reliability
- Maintain ownership of production process consistency, quality, tooling, safety, and ergonomics
- Evaluate manufacturability and reliability of new design proposals
- Interface between engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing automation and best practices
- Facilitate day-to-day execution of vehicle integration and test processes
- Identify and resolve root causes of non-conformances
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
