Responsibilities
- Analyze and track on-orbit hardware failures for the Starlink satellite constellation
- Drive root cause investigation for major on-orbit hardware anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineers (electrical, mechanical, thermal, software, production) to eliminate failure sources
- Develop and utilize data analysis tools from on-orbit and ground test data to improve reliability
- Enhance feedback loops from space using communication and automation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or related STEM field
- Preferred Master's degree in electrical, computer, or mechanical engineering, data science, or related discipline
