FPGA/ASIC Verification Engineer (Silicon Engineering)
Skills
- Proficient in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills, including object-oriented programming
- Experience with constrained random verification techniques
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and MATLAB
- Knowledge of RTL design, chip bring-up, and post-silicon validation
Responsibilities
- Perform digital ASIC and/or FPGA verification at block and system level
- Write and review test plans, develop test harnesses and test sequences
- Develop SystemVerilog testbench infrastructure including UVM and non-UVM environments
- Execute test plans, run regressions, and achieve code and functional coverage closure
- Automate test case generation using Python and MATLAB
- Contribute to pre-silicon verification, chip bring-up, and post-silicon validation
- Work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
