Responsibilities
- Own Starlink consumer hardware from conceptual design to high-volume production and launch
- Develop design criteria and collaborate on requirements to optimize system-level design
- Test and iterate products for high reliability in diverse environments
- Design and develop production lines including robotics, automation programming, and control systems
- Refine production systems for high yield, rate, and reliability
- Establish an efficient product lifecycle balancing cost, quality, and complexity
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline required
- Master’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
