Skills
- Proficient in using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, soldering equipment
- Experience with digital or mixed-signal circuit designs
- Knowledge of quality tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, APQP, PFMEA, and SPC
- Familiarity with digital communication protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, RS422
- Programming skills in Python, SQL, PowerBI for data analysis and automation
- Experience with analog/digital circuit testing, battery and solar power system design, RF hardware testing
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with electrical design and manufacturing teams to improve product reliability via best practices and process controls
- Conduct PCBA test failure investigations using schematics and test equipment, performing root cause analysis
- Identify risk reduction opportunities and simplify designs to enhance manufacturability
- Monitor product yield rates and enforce corrective actions for deviations
- Manage suspect or non-conforming products by guiding quality teams through quarantine and rework activities
- Evaluate and optimize acceptance testing sequences to ensure high system-level hardware reliability
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, hardware, mechanical engineering, or engineering physics
