Data Analytics Associate - Temp

As a Data Analytics Associate, you’ll assist in gathering and interpreting data to better understand how our partners’ digital properties perform. Additionally, you will collaborate in identifying areas for optimization and developing a strategy to accomplish this. The role is ideal for a curious, driven person with an eye for detail and a strong interest in analytics, business strategy, and client success. You’ll play a valuable supporting role in helping partners translate data into meaningful improvements in digital engagement, and in helping Sidearm to better serve its clients and the wider Learfield portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in compiling, cleaning, and analyzing data from Sidearm-and-Learfield-powered platforms.
• Support the creation and optimization of custom reports and performance summaries for partner institutions.
• Help monitor trends across partner properties and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as trends and areas of opportunity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align insights with partner goals.
• Organize and maintain reporting templates and documentation for efficiency and consistency.
• Participate in cross-departmental discussions to better serve partner relationships.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in customer-facing or service-based roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented; someone with a desire to take on responsibility and proactively ask questions and build informed suggestions.
• Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple projects.
• Comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with data platforms or reporting tools is a plus.
• Curious and eager to learn more about how data influences strategy and performance in digital platforms.

Pay Transparency

The approximate base pay range for this position is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
