The project manager and lean improvement specialist will establish and lead the implementation and stabilization of projects across the organization. Additionally, this individual will draw upon their lean background and prior process improvement experiences to optimize agency processes and support the agency’s transition to lean. This team member will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with the Executive and Management Teams.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for four or more hours a day and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, for four or more hours per day. Compensation: $89,440.00 - $130,000 per year.
