Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and manage production of tailored proposal documents and pitch materials within tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with specialists, marketing, design, and analytics teams to define project requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Manage multi-stage draft reviews involving multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate all aspects of proposal production including research, writing, editing, proofreading, design, and publishing.
- Handle multiple concurrent projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain and update team systems, resource libraries, and market knowledge.
- Identify research gaps and innovation opportunities.
- Support proofreading and urgent project needs for colleagues as required.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in English, History, or Art History.
