YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees ITIL-based service delivery, manages Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence,and leads service improvement initiatives
Requirements
Required Skills, and Abilities:
- ITIL Expert
- Lean Six Sigma
- Possesses 6+ years of directly-related professional work experience with an Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field (such as: Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Data Science); or possesses an advanced degree in a related field and 4+ years of directly-related professional work experience.
