Weâre looking for a Regional Sales Engineer with strong communication skills and technical experienceâideally in torque tools, PLC integration, or industrial automationâwho can bridge the gap between customer needs and engineered solutions.
What Youâll Do:
Drive sales growth and technical adoption across TX, OK, AR, and LALead product demonstrations and onsite evaluations with manufacturing and assembly customersSupport both end users and authorized resellers, delivering technical guidance and trainingProvide application support, troubleshoot technical issues, and design solutionsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to support strategic accountsBuild new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones through consultative engagement
What You Bring:
5+ years in technical sales, applications engineering, or solutions support in a mechanical/electromechanical settingStrong technical foundationâfamiliarity with torque systems, PLCs, sensors, or automation equipmentExperience working with both end users and resellers (reseller experience is a plus)Proficiency with CRM and remote tools (HubSpot, NetSuite, Zoom, Microsoft Office)Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Tech, or equivalent experienceWillingness to travel 40â50% within the region
