Job Description

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Workday Analyst to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about improving employee experience through smart systems design and optimization. You’ll be responsible for supporting and enhancing our Workday platform, specifically across key modules including Learning, Recruiting, Core HCM, and Talent/Performance.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide day-to-day support for Workday modules: Learning, Recruiting, HCM, and Performance.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and L&D teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Monitor data integrity and ensure system processes are operating efficiently and accurately.
  • Support Workday releases by testing and implementing new features and updates.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business insights.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Assist in end-user training and provide technical support to stakeholders as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, specifically with Learning, Recruiting, HCM, and Performance modules.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system functionality.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems with a system-thinking approach.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.

What would make you stand out:

  • Experience working on Workday implementations or major module upgrades.
  • Prior experience in an HRIS or People Ops team within a scaling company.
  • Ability to build Workday reports and dashboards using calculated fields and custom objects.
  • Workday Certifications
