Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and demonstrate tailored Smartsheet solutions addressing customer problems
- Lead technical sales engagements and collaborate with sales to define customer requirements
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes and challenges
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to enhance customer experience
- Maintain deep knowledge of Smartsheet products, services, and market competitors
- Participate in cross-functional strategic initiatives and project teams
- Provide product feedback to ensure alignment with customer needs
- Travel periodically to customer sites as a technical subject matter expert
Education
- No specific degree mandated; experience in related technical roles preferred
