Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Work at Home Data Entry Operator to join our team at Silver Oak Home Health. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering patient information and medical records into our database system. This is a fully remote, work from home position, offering the flexibility to schedule your own hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

- Enter patient information and medical records accurately and efficiently in our database system

- Review and verify accuracy of data before inputting

- Create and maintain electronic and/or paper records of patient information

- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures regarding data entry and patient recordkeeping

- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Maintaining confidentiality of all patient records and information in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in data entry or similar role preferred

- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records a plus
