We’re looking for high-performing team members to lay the marketing foundation to support our GTM efforts at Sift.
We’re hiring a Full-Stack Designer to support our Go-to-market teams and help shape how the world sees Sift.
This isn’t a support role. You’ll be the driver of our visual identity across every external touchpoint—website, content, campaigns, product storytelling, and sales enablement. You won’t be designing the product itself. You’ll be designing how the product is understood—crafting visuals that make our value resonate with a deeply technical audience in aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing.
This is a rare opportunity to define and evolve the visual brand of a fast-growing startup. You’ll set the standard for brand consistency and creative execution, acting as a key partner to product marketing, sales, and leadership. You’ll turn complexity into clarity—and ensure everything we put into the world reflects the quality of what we’re building inside. In this role, you’ll also have the support of a design agency to work with on larger projects on a monthly basis.

You’ll have a wide surface area, high trust, and a direct impact on building a world class brand.
Design Sift’s external-facing materials: website graphics, landing pages, social posts, diagrams, visuals, slide decks, and more
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling visuals
Build brand cohesion across every touchpoint—from web to sales assets to motion
Design and maintain our visual systems to support scale as the company grows
Own execution and quality across GTM initiatives
Develop new design patterns for how we explain complex ideas and workflows
Create artifacts that help buyers understand the product: visual explainers, conceptual diagrams, product visuals
Stay closely aligned with product and product marketing to ensure our visual language evolves with the product
3+ years of experience in a designer role
2+ years of experience designing for technical B2B companies—bonus if in startups or high-growth environments
Strong portfolio showing range across web, brand, marketing, and visual storytelling
Ability to work autonomously and own the end-to-end design process
Comfortable turning ambiguous ideas into concrete visual outputs
Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and design rationale
A deep appreciation for technical audiences—engineers, operators, decision-makers
Figma fluency required; bonus points for motion, Webflow, or frontend familiarity

Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Plus equity and benefits.
