About the Role:

IMPORTANT: WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY. Candidates with immediate availability will be preferred.  This is a Full-Time, in office W2 job.

We are a highly innovative startup company seeking a creative and driven Videographer / Video Producer / content creator to join our team. This role involves end-to-end video production—from conceptualization (in tandem with other team members) and shooting / creating to editing and final delivery. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating engaging content for social media, promotional materials, and various company initiatives, utilizing tools like HeyGen, Veed, and other video creation platforms (including utilizing AI to augment their capabilities).

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality video content for diverse platforms, including social media, company promotions, and internal communications.
• Utilize AI-driven tools such as HeyGen and Veed to create dynamic and engaging videos.
• Plan, shoot, create and edit video content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-volume content within tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop video strategies that enhance audience engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into video creation and production.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in video creation and production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects (in lieu of a Bachelor's degree)  
• Proficiency in video editing software (specially HeyGen and Veed)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the types of content that perform well on each.  
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to video content.   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
