Sanofi has currently its best and more robust R&D pipeline and consequent new launches in our history. As new phase of Play-To-Win strategy, funding this pipeline and new launches is key to materialize the miracles of the science to improve people lives. Thus, as we enter into the next phase, modernization of Sanofi is required as per the recent announcements on DRIVE, and in this respect, we are in the beginning stages of organizing the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team at global level.
GTMC organization will help us to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board and bring value and excellence in our commercial operations. This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our products, markets and pipeline through the reallocation of resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making.
Integral part of GTMC, GTMC Medical plays a key role in defining Sanofi-wide best-in-class Medical-specific capabilities, including Medical strategic planning, Medical insights generation, Scientific customer engagement, Omnichannel for Medical, including the development of standards & best practices across markets and teams, the development and use of Medical specific tools, as well as the executional planning and support of local GTMC Medical approaches (incl. change management); GTMC Medical works side-by-side within the broader GTMC structure, and collaborates closely with GBUs Medical, relevant Global Functions, Sanofi hubs and external vendors to ensure the best-in-class Medical specific capabilities and tools across the entire Sanofi organization.

As a GTMC Medical organization team member, GTMC Global Field Based Medical L&D Lead will be accountable to:
GTMC Global Medical Field Based Medical L&D Lead will drive the GTMC Medical strategy for Field Medical Learning & develop the capabilities for effective L&D glocal implementation, acting as the point of contact for FBM Learning for all relevant stakeholders.
You will enable GTMC Medical teams, ensuring necessary market guidance and autonomy. You will identify & address key local needs and challenges related to the FBM Learning and work to co-build appropriate solutions to bring value.
You will ensure close alignment with the business priorities and markets, fully consistent with the overarching cross-functional GTMC strategy.

The salary range for this position is:
$147,000.00 - $212,333.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
