Job Title: Enrollment Advisor
Location: Remote
Compensation: $20.00 – $24.04 per hour (based on experience)
Position Summary:
As an Enrollment Advisor, you’ll serve as a trusted guide for prospective students — from their initial inquiry to enrollment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, personalized, and supportive experience, helping individuals make informed decisions about their education.
This is a full-time remote opportunity.
Manage and respond to both inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and text to engage prospective students throughout the admissions process.
Build rapport with prospective students and guide them through the early stages of enrollment.
Collaborate with Enrollment Specialists to support students through to their first class.
Accurately document all interactions and updates in Salesforce, including notes, statuses, and activities.
Become a subject matter expert on university programs, admissions requirements, and policies within your assigned vertical.
Help prospective students understand academic offerings, scheduling, cost, and overall fit.
Maintain professionalism and a high level of service in all communications.
Adhere to scheduled appointments, meetings, and working hours consistently.
Manage multiple systems and student application files simultaneously.
Contribute positively to team culture and outcomes by sharing ideas, supporting colleagues, and seeking continuous improvement.
Complete all assigned trainings and assessments to ensure up-to-date program and process knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience in a team environment and using CRM or call center software.
Previous experience in education, consultative sales, or advising roles preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM, SIS, Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to align personal goals with university outcomes.
A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong ownership of the student experience.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting.
Ability to adapt to change and operate effectively within a complex organization.
