Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with focus on workforce and talent insights
- Strong analytical skills with ability to compile comprehensive reports and analyze trends
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and communicate effectively to leadership
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or Looker
- Programming skills in R or Python and strong SQL knowledge
- Experience in streamlining and automating analytics processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced data analyses, generate insights and present findings to Human Capital and Executive Leadership teams
- Collaborate with Finance and Human Capital leadership on workforce planning and budgeting insights
- Build analytical tools and self-service BI dashboards for data visualization and analysis
- Develop reporting solutions to deliver timely and relevant information to stakeholders
- Partner with data science and internal teams to identify opportunities for deep analytics within Human Capital
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
