Responsibilities
- Set vision and strategic planning for SMB and Mid-Market customer segments.
- Drive product adoption, customer experience, and retention.
- Reduce churn and foster customer advocacy.
- Optimize customer lifecycle engagement programs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success team.
- Drive integration of customer success processes with other departments.
- Track performance and operationalize best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales on renewal forecasting and account opportunities.
- Expand revenue through up-sell and cross-sell initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
