Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate transformational change across operational processes, policies, and procedures ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between Operations and cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering.
- Manage launch readiness documentation and facilitate post-mortems for continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Partner with leadership to prioritize process enhancements reducing customer impact and operational inefficiencies.
- Oversee decision-making on operational readiness for new product launches within the functional area.
- Track operational tooling and product needs, working with teams to proactively mitigate inefficiencies.
- Partner with Knowledge Management and Quality Assurance to update process-related documentation.
- Invest in product knowledge to support agent education and high-quality customer interactions.
- Gather and act on vendor performance feedback and tooling requirements.
- Make process update decisions during surge or outage scenarios.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
