Job Overview:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency across service delivery operations.
- Prepare and present reports on service delivery performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a technology or service-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in analyzing service performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-oriented solutions.
