About the Job: We are seeking a visionary, data-driven Global Head of Marketing to lead the strategic marketing direction and execution for our Business Services division. This role will have accountability for investing our marketing budget to deliver growth through innovative marketing strategies, elevating our brand position, and driving demand generation on a global scale. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and an operational leader with deep experience in B2B marketing and a strong understanding of the data and technology landscape. This is a global role, leading teams across our regions (NAM, EMEA/UKI, APAC, LATAM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership
    • Define and execute the global marketing strategy for Business Services to achieve strategic objectives and revenue targets.
    • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing global marketing team; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous development.
    • Own marketing plans, budgets, and ROI analysis. Deliver tangible increases in marketing returns on a growing marketing investment base.
  • Demand Generation 
    • Develop and oversee multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and sales closes.
    • Champion digital marketing innovation, including SEM/SEO/AI, ABM, marketing automation, content strategy, and incorporate the use of innovative approaches (e.g., AI) to deliver.
  • Brand & Market Positioning
    • Elevate the LexisNexis Risk Solutions brand within Business Services customer sectors globally.
    • Ensure messaging and value propositions resonate with target industries and buyer personas.
    • Deliver high-impact marketing that demonstrates Business Services unique value and differentiates solutions across relevant geographies, verticals and use cases.
    • Drive our PR, Media, Comms and Analyst relations programs to increase our market position and awareness against strategic priorities
  • Thought Leadership with a Customer-Centric Approach
    • Leverage market insights and customer feedback to inform strategy.
    • Enable customer advocacy and retention through targeted communications and lifecycle marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner effectively across Sales, Market Planning, Product Management, and other matrix organizations to align strategy and facilitate execution of regional plans.
    • Work closely with regional teams to ensure seamless localization and market impact of campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global and/or matrixed B2B organization.
  • Proven track record of large-scale demand generation and brand results in enterprise software, SaaS, data analytics, or risk solutions sectors.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and track record of driving transformation and adoption of new technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. 
  • Significant travel required (up to 25-50%), including global travel.
