Director of Sales, AE

Read AI is a pioneering productivity AI company transforming collaboration through AI integration across platforms. They are seeking a Director of Account Executives to lead and scale a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth in an early-stage SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives fostering high performance and continuous development.
  • Run own sales cycles to understand ICP and value proposition thoroughly.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize inbound lead conversion and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee pipeline health, ensure accurate forecasting, and prioritize opportunities effectively.
  • Set goals, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching to drive team and individual success.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams on go-to-market strategies and customer insights.
  • Implement best practices, sales methodologies, and enablement tools to optimize efficiency.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Support key deals and maintain strategic customer relationships as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
