Join QualDerm Partners as an Area Practice Manager, overseeing our thriving dermatology practices in the region.

As our Area Practice Manager, you will lead the operational and administrative functions of multiple practices, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and efficient team operations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with both clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows, enhance patient care, and drive practice growth.

We're dedicated to fostering a culture that motivates our staff and prioritizes high-quality dermatological care. You will play a pivotal role in hiring, training, and developing staff while supporting our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation within our practices.

Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing best practices to achieve our organizational goals. You will also engage with the community to promote our services and enhance the visibility of QualDerm in your area.

  • Proven experience in practice management with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in dermatology or healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and reporting on practice performance.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development, engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and build relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations, including HIPAA, and a commitment to maintaining patient privacy and safety.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive practice improvements.
