Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a unified reporting framework across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Develop and manage bottoms-up revenue forecasting and diagnose funnel leaks
- Lead GTM planning, including quota setting, capacity, and revenue targets
- Own Salesforce architecture and integrate it with GTM tools like HubSpot and Looker
- Analyze attribution and conversion to optimize revenue-driving segments and programs
- Design revenue operations organizational structure and hiring roadmap
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
