Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic customer relationships across all levels from users to C-suite executives.
- Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by aligning customer goals with Proton's CRM solutions.
- Develop and execute account plans with measurable business outcomes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to data workflows and reporting independently before escalation.
- Use Looker for data analysis and storytelling to support value delivery.
- Advocate for customer needs within the company, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Contribute ideas for customer success process improvements and team culture.
- Travel approximately 10+ times per year for customer visits.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
