The Regional VP, Revenue Cycle, is responsible for overall operation of Patient Access, including preregistration, insurance verification, point-of-service collections, financial counseling, and registration. The Regional VP identifies, trends, and assists in the remediation of denial trends, including coordination with other departments as required. The Regional VP will maintain a good working relationship with all facilities in their region to ensure clear communication. Effectively interacts with patients, other health team members, and physicians while maintaining a standard of professionalism. The Regional VP is the liaison with the CBO providing any support and oversight as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.
2. Master’s Degree preferred.
3. Five (5) or more years of Hospital Revenue Cycle Management experience required.
4. Previous regional Revenue Cycle Management preferred.
5. Experience working with Epic and Meditech required.
6. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong analytical skills required.
8. Advanced computer skills required.
9. Possess strong knowledge of health plan requirements.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $147,992.00 to $214,344.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
