Medicare Call Center Agent

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals who can work in a fast-paced call center team environment while multi-tasking workload based upon volume levels. In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products and services. Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain focus in order to timely resolve customer questions and/or needs. Active Health License required. Duties
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
• Promote and sell various products, including insurance and benefits administration.
• Quickly understand and communicate information in an articulate, courteous, and tactful manner and positively accept supervisor feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Must have experience with data entry and navigating multiple screens and systems simultaneously.

Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals.
• Ability to market products effectively while understanding customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10- 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends

Work Location: Remote, Hybrid
